  • Preferred Logo Format: Vector (EPS) or Illustrator (AI)

Please review your contract or welcome email to confirm whether your organization has a speaking role. If you're unsure, feel free to contact Bailey Fields at bfields@risehealth.org for confirmation

For each confirmed speaker, please provide the following details:

  • Full contact information (Name, title, email address, cell phone and address)
  • Speaker bio (200 words or less)
  • Speaker headshot
    • Solid background (preferably white)
    • Minimum size: 800x800px
    • Accepted formats: JPG, TIF, or PNG

RISE National Standard Sponsorship Packages Include:

  • 10x10 booth space (unless otherwise specified in your contract)
  • 6-foot skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 wastebasket
  • Access to electrical outlet
  • Access to venue Wi-Fi

We will be partnering with a third-party event decorator for this conference. You will receive an exhibitor kit directly from them at a later date, which will include important details such as:

  • Shipping logistics
  • Booth measurements and specifications
  • Furniture and accessory rental options
  • AV rental information
  • Labor order form
  • Exhibit hall hours

The Four Seasons Westlake Village does not have a FedEx or UPS business center onsite (storefront), though FedEx and UPS both pick up from the hotel. The hotel can assist with the shipping out from the hotel. The packages would need to be boxed, labeled, and scheduled for a pick-up; at that point, hotel team can collect the boxes and hold them at Shipping/Receiving until UPS/FedEx arrive to pick them up.

We encourage you to use this resource strategically. While it's tempting to reach out to many contacts, we recommend focusing on quality over quantity. Craft personalized messages that highlight your offerings and establish genuine connections. This approach will not only strengthen your relationships but also prevent overwhelming attendees with excessive emails.
