Please review your company's logo and description here for accuracy. This logo will be used across all conference promotions and signage. If you need to update your logo and/or company description, kindly send revisions to Bailey Fields at bfields@risehealth.org.

  • Preferred Logo Format: Vector (EPS) or Illustrator (AI)
  • Company Description: 100 words or fewer

Please review your contract or welcome email to confirm whether your organization has a speaking role. If you're unsure, feel free to contact Bailey Fields at bfields@risehealth.org for confirmation

For each confirmed speaker, please provide the following details:

  • Full contact information (Name, title, email address, cell phone and address)
  • Speaker bio (200 words or less)
  • Speaker headshot
    • Solid background (preferably white)
    • Minimum size: 800x800px
    • Accepted formats: JPG, TIF, or PNG

RISE Standard Sponsorship Packages Include:

  • 10x10 booth space (unless otherwise specified in your contract)
  • 6-foot skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 wastebasket
  • Access to electrical outlet
  • Access to venue Wi-Fi

We will be partnering with a third-party event decorator for this conference. You will receive an exhibitor kit directly from them at a later date, which will include important details such as:

  • Shipping logistics
  • Booth measurements and specifications
  • Furniture and accessory rental options
  • AV rental information
  • Labor order form
  • Exhibit hall hours

Please review your contract or welcome email to confirm the number of complimentary passes available for your staff and guests, along with discount codes needed for registration. If you're unsure or can't locate this information, contact Bailey Fields at bfields@risehealth.org for assistance.

Additional passes can be purchased at a 15% discount. To register using this discount:

  • Use this registration link 
  • Select the appropriate registration type (any type will work except Sponsor Pass; this should only be utilized for complimentary passes)
  • Enter your discount code from the welcome email to complete registration.

Important Reminder: RISE will handle registration for all speakers presenting in general or tracked sessions.

The pre-conference attendee list will be distributed according to your sponsorship level on the following dates. Please ensure your invoice is paid, or payment details are provided, to receive the list on your scheduled date:

  • Platinum: September 19, 2025
  • Gold: September 26, 2025
  • Silver: October 6, 2025
  • Bronze: October 10, 2025

Guidelines for Using the Attendee List:
We encourage you to use this resource strategically. While it's tempting to reach out to many contacts, we recommend focusing on quality over quantity. Craft personalized messages that highlight your offerings and establish genuine connections. This approach will not only strengthen your relationships but also prevent overwhelming attendees with excessive emails. 

Your organization has the opportunity to feature a digital ad in the mobile app under the Sponsor Materials section. Please follow the submission guidelines below:
